I am sure ScryptCloud is not a scam

Simply because I don’t have it now, I won’t say where the bitcoins went but I will say I don’t have them anymore…

Do we REALLY need another thread heading this path?
There seemes to be some resolvement in the other ones.ghitzafunny i recommend you read up on all the excisting scryptcloud threads before starting threads like this.
No need to put gasoline on a fire that seems to be partly under control. If this thread span out in an fire/pitchfork thread or people start talking trash i will lock/delete this and give time penalty for those people!

The reason he started this thread is because I refunded him his 0.184 btc in the form of bank transfer, it hasn’t shown up yet because it is the weekend so he was waiting to say it until it is in his account…
Well he didn’t mention that in his post… kinda useless to create a new thread and not stating the information he actually wanted to share.
Then again that info should just be added in the excisting “I owe these people” thread. We don’t ned 20+ threads stating i got fund from…The way this thread was angled was more based on assumptions and to create a new stir of back and forth discussions. Making the whole deal even more confusing.

That’s correct , now I am waiting for the funds to show up ;)

Not even that, I was speaking to a solicitor and I was told that this is a civil matter, there would be no criminal charges in this case, however it would be best to issue refunds as soon as possible.
This is incorrect advice mate. You did not explain the situation to the solicitor honestly or correctly. Here’s a link to some reading:

I tried talking to him. He tried to make it seem like he couldn’t be prosecuted, which is total BS, and while the conversation started off good, it quickly dissolved into me explaining to him why he was in fact liable for everyone’s money.

[7:29:17 PM] Travis Savo: You got them out of an exchange and put them in a bank account in your name dude.
[7:29:23 PM] Travis Savo: It’s trivial to verify.
[7:29:34 PM] Travis Savo: A judge can compel that with a wave of his hand.
[7:30:17 PM] ScryptCloud Support: but who says that I was the one to exchange them for cash?
[7:30:25 PM] Travis Savo: You got the money somehow.
[7:30:36 PM] Travis Savo: I don’t think the judge will believe in a magic money story.
[7:30:49 PM] Travis Savo: They can compel the exchange too.
[7:30:58 PM] Travis Savo: The exchange will have your IP address.
[7:31:14 PM] Travis Savo: we have your ip addresses from the forums. I have to immagine there’s a good chance they’ll match
[7:31:37 PM] Travis Savo: You then turned around and sent money back as a refund.
[7:31:59 PM] Travis Savo: No judge in the land is going to ignore 15 people with transaction logs and emails from you
[7:32:08 PM] Travis Savo: Surely you realize this?
[7:32:15 PM] ScryptCloud Support: but where is your proof of all the money?
[7:32:21 PM] Travis Savo: In your bank account.
[7:32:30 PM] Travis Savo: The judge can compel discovery.
[7:32:30 PM] ScryptCloud Support: have you seen my bank account?
[7:32:34 PM] Travis Savo: It’s done all the time.
[7:32:55 PM] Travis Savo: I don’t need to. The judge can supoena the bank records with the flick of his wrist.
[7:33:08 PM] Travis Savo: There’s the email trail.
[7:33:10 PM] Travis Savo: Of you accepting money.
[7:33:19 PM] Travis Savo: There’s the coinpayments trail.
[7:35:36 PM] Travis Savo: Did you ACH from an exchange?
[7:35:44 PM] ScryptCloud Support: who knows?
[7:35:48 PM] Travis Savo: The bank does.
[7:35:56 PM] ScryptCloud Support: which bank?
[7:36:20 PM] Travis Savo: Your bank. It’s called financial discovery.
[7:36:27 PM] Travis Savo: You need to speak to a lawyer.
[7:36:30 PM] Travis Savo: Immideately.
[7:36:37 PM] Travis Savo: You’ve obviously gotten bad inforation.
[7:36:40 PM] ScryptCloud Support: I don’t think so :)
And it just kept on going on like this, with silly excuses, and vauge “I don’t think so” nonsense.
Don’t believe a word he says. :(
