So, basically, old coins cannot be transferred to a new wallet. I have to wait until CoinMKT.com updates to neoscrypt then? Is my wallet fine to use?

I’m pretty sure I had old coins going to a new wallet. I got them on an exchange for BTC.

I bought FTC with BTC, so if I bought old coins from the exchange and sent them to a new wallet, I won’t get them until CoinMKT.com updates to neo or will I never receive them.

It’s not related to the age of the coins, unless you talk about coins mined with scrypt after October 27th, which are lost.

The point is, that the sending and receiving wallet must be on 0.8.7.x. If your wallet is on that version it’s fine to use.

So, your saying I can mine those other coins and it converts to FTC automatically?

At least for coinking.io it is more complicated now.

Looking at the alt coin space, FTC has pretty much locked itself in and wont die off any time soon if at all. I have moved my GPU mining onto other prospects (for now) but I will always hold several thousand FTC as a reserve. I am looking to organize a ASIC groupbuy that will only mine FTC, please go to the miners section and post if you are interested, no commitment or FTC required!

Ok I rigged up some dummy plugs now I got 3 to work at the same time… The fourth dummy plug I think is messed up because when I slide the resistors in they dont fit as snug as the others. I think I need a new plug… Will post back to let ya’ll know…
