This Plan looks like something Lizhi (& Mirrax?) was trying to do in 2016?. It doesn’t seem to be mainly about a foundation? Lizhi has completed some of that work, AFB, Aciddude, Wellenreiter and Wrapper have also contributed to finish that release.

I’ve put a note in which is the current version.

@Lizhi did a lot to make those things in the plan happen. However, the release version of the Feathercoin software must take other considerations (miners have to upgrade, infrastructure, available donations, community, support team, quality assurance, testing, code checking etc. etc. etc ) to support that (software development?) plan / overview.

The background team have built up the foundations for the upgrade to 0.11 to be supported, as soon as feasible. Version 0.9.6 added other important requirements like usability and documentation and 0.9.6.1 contains important bug fixes and refinements.
