I’m working on a version of Linux to support tracking/trading of Feathercoin.

Issues welcome, I’m going to work on the distro side soon. For now I’d welcome any tips on working with the .API and anything you’d like to see in a distro focused on FTC.

I fixed all the bugs I didn’t have time to test out, such as actually reading from another ip address.
Broke everything when I uninstalled my key directory trying to test it out.
Spent the day screaming, found an interesting bug in gnupg. Turns out when you have a
key matching the values you have in your default ring, it won’t re-init your keyrings or create
anything in your non-default until you come up with a different name and email to enter.
Anyways, I’m going to go make a cake.

Distro plans will have to wait until payday. I need a fresh HDD as all of mine are in use, or had convenient S.M.A.R.T. failures when I needed them most.

I could! I’ll have to see what it takes to get binaries made either at install or prebuilt.
I prefer ccminer, but I’ll definitely include nsgminer for other hardware.
So far the interface is quite light, so I don’t see any problem including a miner.
I set up a server at snowcrash.network if anyone wants something to point a client to.

back to linux only on snowcrash.network. Later during a time when the application is more robust, I’ll try out porting it again.
As it is, brews and porting do not mix, especially when you just try to do a quick replace and it ends up borking the whole project.

nearly the same here. My harddisk has problems t ospeed up at power on. I think the heads are glued to the surfaces a bit. I always have to open my pc and knock on the disk chassis to wake up to beast
