A wonderful write up. I agree with you on the security concerns that we need to address. My suggestion would be to force any transaction for now to go through an escrow. I am sure some of the mods and hero members will be more than willing to help with this. That being said we cannot limit ourselves because of this experience we have had. There are good people within this community with great ideas, afraid to share them because we are on the defensive. Like Kevlar has said countless times we need to extend our trust as well.
Hopefully we all can move past this incident and work towards building a better and stronger community.
I always say a coin is nothing without its community.

I agree with expanding into other coins but for now I would like to stay exclusively with feathercoin as I feel it will bring a little publicity our way, what do you think? -

yes Your purchase is logged and my control panel says paid, so funds are in ftc market escrow, they are not released until you receive item and you make conformation of that fact :) -

[/quote]Hey nice one. One idea I want to run by you is the use of restorative energy cycles, sometimes known as Accoustic Energy Regeneration. Turning the heat from the miners in to something useful like heating a greenhouse or a tumble dryer then open sourcing the plans. Is that something you guys would be interested in?

Thanks for a great newsletter, tell your friend Harriet she doesn’t need any make up, she is a stunning beauty. Love those coins are they silver? I seen something like this for Litecoin, with an embedded hologram with LTC under it you could remove and spend. They were 1 oz silver to boot. Cool collector piece.peace

[/quote]Physical feathercoins are made from 3mm acrylic mirror making them a much cheaper version to the 1oz silver ones, but still very collectable all, come serial numbered and are limited designs, the current design only has 24 in the series, but like the 1oz silver coins, have a private key concealment system on the rear of the coin, I am currently working on a DIY version so that the buyer can print their own qr codes. :)
