Regarding shill accounts, they are a part of the Bitcoinworld as Bitcointalk had decided to allow sockpuppets. However, you can delete those accounts here to correctly reflect the no of members.

Be sure to remove Tor nodes though.

Just noticed that you can directly buy FTC from Bter.com with CNY. The CNY deposit page though is in full Chinese; so I don’t know how easy to get funds in there.

I doubt there are many Chinese in here, but China is big market. In the medium term it will be great if we can set up a exchange which will allow us to FTC with fiat. Something like a marketplace where you buy FTC as a product.

Has Crypto Currencies been used for in game economy? Is it something worthwhile to look at? I am guessing there has to be some sort of payment system before we can think of that?

As a Bitcoiner myself, I agree with the sentiments around here that the community that the Bitcoin community is not doing enough to get it in the mainstream. The attitude is already that we have made it, and people are just interested in raking profits right now. There is a lot of niche areas where Crypto currency can get to work and would help in securing a foothold towards mainstream adoption.

Also, justabitoftime - you said you were looking for 2 people to handle this. I can throw my hat in the ring if its easy enough (don’t have any experience in this area).
