_Dear Larry Baum,
a single great idea, Human News, “News with equal focus on each person”, brought
my attention to your IdeaExplore project. This is an open letter which will be
posted on Feathercoin forum, so I will include a link to Human News for the benefit

There hasn’t been new issues of Human News since 3 years ago (2011). This made me
sad, but not surprised. We are living in a world, which we do not yet want to call
a dystopia, but in which we no longer expect positive social, economic, or
technological developments.In Feathercoin community, we are exploring the idea of what happens to our common
future, if we get rid of legalized theft (better known as “economic stimulation”)
pervasive in current republican systems by introducing decentralized currencies.Feathercoin is a no. 3 decentralized currency (after Bitcoin and Litecoin) launched
by Peter Bushnell, IT officer from Brasenose College, Oxford University.You might know that Wikipedia has recently scored great success with Bitcoin
donations. Jimbo Wales might wish he had allowed them 3 years ago. I call upon you
to allow Feathercoin donations to IdeaExplore now and be happy about the decision
3 years later. I prepared a small inaugural donation which I will transmit to you
as soon as you create a Feathercoin wallet and post the wallet string on your
website, and especially on my beloved Human News page. Maybe, just maybe this will
