Feathercoin - New Features - What Would You Add?

That’s more or less like my stampede blocker.

FTC price ticker on the header?
-
Price ticker? No way. The last thing we need to do is to tell people what prices they should use. That would be feeding them and us to the wolves on the exchanges.
Let the people decide what it’s worth to them and have the exchanges follow suit.
The market on the exchanges is backwards because people can just drop whatever they made. There needs to be something which puts merchants as the most common transaction rather than exchanges.
-
I think we need to be open to all ideas… figure out if they are technically possible and then weed them out as a community later. There’s still a long way to go before we’re even ready to evaluate those pieces.

Multicoin wallet???
Is it impossible to have FTC and LTC in one wallet?
Or better BTC, LTC and FTC :):P

Ok, trawled the pages in-front of this, and added them to the contribution website! They’re all under as Anonymous so I didn’t steal any credit :)

Along the lines of making it “dummy-proof” what about something along the lines of Facebook integration so you don’t have to worry about what someone’s payment address is? As long as they’ve linked their receive address to Facebook (which also could be a button push operation), you just pay them basically from your Friends List.

I’ve got a vendor, a major project, a minor project, and a buttload of attitude.
Leave. Them. All. Behind.

We need to finish Single Sign On and add link to feedback.feathercoin.com to top menu links. -
I would assume it’s a time issue. I know with me personally, I’m knee deep getting ready for the big push.

Feature (I’ll add this to the forum.feathercoin in a few).
I’d like the ability to send a 140 character message when I send payment.
-
I would suggest either longer or shorter than 140. 140 causes maximum crazy. Maybe just have a wallet that supports multiple services, like bit-message. Technically, you can add a message to a send. Last I checked though it seems the way it’s done is hacky.
I’m not really concerned about the length as much as the functionality. I need easy enough my mom could send it with a 'Happy Birthday John" while she kicks some coin my way without having to know more than sending an email.

Today i tried to buy a ‘Bitgrenade’ (http://bitgrenade.net/?coin_display=11) but the payment didn’t got there in time (10minutes). The main reason was that the default fee setting in the FTC client is 0.00000000, maybe a change to 0.03 (or something) could be the new default for the wallet software?
Any ideas?
