Import the Block Chain

Just thought of an idea that might help at meets ups, getting people going with a Feathercoin wallet.
To add a wallet menu option to import the block chain from a USB or other directory.
This means someone could help other people get going quicker,at a meet by suppling the blockchain in a foolproof way, the data base would upload and verify the block chain from there as normal.
If someone has a phone, they could update it from their PC version of the blockchain which is on broadband and instead of downloading it twice.
