Merchant Reviews (once we have a list of merchants)

Once we’re up and running with merchants accepting Feathercoin, I think it’d be a good priority to make a reviews system for merchants.
Most merchants that will begin accepting Feathercoin are likely to be small time sellers, as opposed to well known stores and brands. Because of this people will be more wary of shopping there. Thus, with a review system, any of our members buying from Feathercoin-accepting coins can leave a review to let others here know that it’s a safe and good place to buy.
