Yes, Yes we should party!
Looks like it would be about 100k FTC for me to fly in for this party!

I am wondering about the after halving price action/mining stats etc. And mostly about timing factors, that will be interesting.

It’s the first FTC halving, i.e. it has always been 80 FTC per min. Be interesting to see what happens, might do a difficulty chart.

How do you know July the 6th is the estimate? Could you link a website? I couldn’t find anything. Thanks.

@AmDD Just wondering how the halving date is being estimated? and wither it might need an update. There seems a lot of interest.
Before the current upsurge in FTC and mining the blockchain was running at 1 min 06 secs per block. That’s gone up slightly to 1 min 10, so it may be worth a review.

I check it about weekly and update accordingly. The website uses a basic countdown time from a specific date. I calculate out the remaining blocks and figure out how many days that is and plug that date into the countdown script based on 60sec blocks. I use 60sec rather than the actual time between blocks because 60 is what the algro is trying to get to. And realistically a few seconds per block isnt going to make much of a difference in the end.
