Upgrade to Litecoin 0.6.9.1 message being broadcast on all networks

I think a further update is needed (to stop Litecoin messages on Feathercoin network or add it as an option, recieve all (Litecoin related) networks Broadcast) + The message didn’t go when I updated so it is not use specific, i.e. highlighting the wrong version).
Just to define the policy and answer when others have same problem…
