Are there different “flavours” of cgminer?
Any recommendations on where to get? im running commands on ubuntu 16.04 thro terminal.

I select Feathercoin , Linux, it opens a tab, opensuse, and ubuntu 16.04 there are no recommended wallets. There are selections for unstable versions.
Can someone recommend a wallet solution please?

@ghostlander Cpuminer , downloadable at sourceforge, users say it has a “ransomware” virus and dont download.
any recommendations?
I had wanted to run cgminer, with pool http://p2pool.neoscrypt.de:19327/static/
but a) is it correct that cgminer has no script to run cpu mining?
b) in above pool, there is no options to login and create username.
I had wanted to download mining software that i didnt have to pay part bitcoin for to mine, and could transfer feathercoin direct to my wallet.

Hi, I looked at Ngsminer and CCminer, they appear to charge part of bitcoin to transfer mined feathercoins back to your wallet. If you do not have a large mining rig, this will not be feasable to copy back to your wallet?
and based on last few years, its a higher chance of getting coins stolen if prices increase?
what do you think?

Hi, I see different Mhash rates for different coins, and using feathercoin with 1070 card produces 700KH/s on a 1070 with NSGminer.
what does that convert/give in coin numbers, a day or a month?
also someone else achieving
get 860~ with their 1070 on CCminer.

@looarn Hi I found where that menu is, - when select feathercoin wallet, the top menu appears at the top left of monitor replacing ubuntu commands.

@looarn Hi, I used this option by AcidD to create my wallet, its downloading now, will take over 2 days (is that normal?)
I have one problem with the wallet, My Top menu is not there,

Ok Thank you. In my overview, it doesnt have that, I can select a different TAB, ‘Receive’ - there is a line called ‘Label’ , thats the nearest I have.

my wallet is 3 years behind, updating. Also my feathercoin core wallet, i don’t see any address id for wallet, will this appear when syncronized? using ubuntu 16.04,
