I dont see this one listed in the exchanges list. We now can use PayPal without “rogue” site like overseas people use.(Ok, Im in the states, overseas for you might be the US.)
Most banks will decline these sites transactions anyways if using a CC to pay with for Bitcoins.
Coinbase is the exception.I dunno how they got bank approval and quite frankly I DO NOT CARE. Theyre not going down anytime soon. Coinbase is the only way in US to get bitcoin unless mailing in cash. They will take a CC as a BACKUP source only.
So you have some coin and want to cash out or trade them? No problem. No exchange needed.

Supports paypal, so if you have the CC from them for your account youre really in luck.
Of course you could get the Bitcoin CC as well if you wanted to.Its a UK company so the mail may take a minute.

I have mixed luck with overseas CC auths and banks. Its really weird even when using a international bank like HSBC(yeah, thieves…) but occasionally you have issues.Apparently some ATMs only work with local banks, not international ones. I noticed this in Japan when deployed. Not sure how a US bank ATM would treat the bitcoin card. Will have to test and see.
