If nothing happens, maybe a faulty mobo, or a faulty psu… or a faulty component like a faulty gpu…
try other cpu, gpu, ram… if this not helps i would say the mobo is faulty.
And as if you say the mobo don’t beeping, it’s more likley the mobo - normaly if the bios is booting it would announce failure with beep-codes - check if the speaker is connected to the mobo.
Even on an evaporative cooling system you need to get the “evaporativaded” parts/particles out, so i would say: give the fans - sugessted from svennand - a try. Cool Air in, hot air out of the room should be enough for normal rigs. Your 6 - 8 GPUs are making muuuuuch hot air so… 1200m3/h could be not enough, but test it… maybe you will need 4 or even 6 of the fans…
Otherwise you could build a watercooled rig with a room centralized radiator :) There are so much possiblities :D (aircooling is the cheapest and less efficient)

24 pin connectors don’t need the 12v 4 pin connector (as at my Corsair RM750 was a warning not to connect the 4pin cpu connector on 24 pin mobos). It’s only needed if the mobo has only a 20 pin connector.
Does the mobo screaming for help? (say it is beeping?)

Actualy engine and mem clock need to be in a sort of harmony.
I always get the max out of the engine clock and then playing with the mem clock (25-50MHz steps). For example my XFX 7850 gets more hashes on 975/1250 as on 975/1350 (330 vs 310). The Club3D 7850 runs on 1050/1350 at 385, so it also depends on the card - you will need to play a little bit around with the settings to get the max out of the cards.
PS: XFX 1.075V ~80°C 85% fan, Club3D 1.138V ~75°C 50-60% fan
