Reporting back that I have, finally, received an extremely courteous reply from the CoinExchange staff. It appears that they have updated their wallet and are back in the business of exchanging FTC. The original transaction was completed and I am satisfied with their explanation for the delay.

RE: Thought I'd get into FTC
Seem like CoinExchange.io is taking their sweet time to get their FTC wallet back up and functional. At the moment I have very low faith in their ability to ultimately process the transaction. Another week has gone by without a response from them. I know you folks have little to no control over exchanges, but I hope this bad taste doesnt dissuade me from further involvment as you folks seem like a genuine community with strong developers. Well, I’ll keep my fingers crossed…

I do not own either the sending or receiving address.
However, I might as well answer your question. I use the v0.13.0.0-beta wallet.

Thought I'd get into FTC
So I made an account at the only exchange I qualify for and from which I am able to aquire the small volume I wanted to purchase: coinexchange.io
I submitted a transfer over three weeks ago from this exchange to another address and coinexchange issued the following TX id: 92edbbf862563e117dcdcaabeb1656c95d655c8c5963d9a131ac97ca47cd17c1
This transaction is only viewable on AcidD’s webpage and it is not known to any other FTCblockchain explorers.
Last contact with coinexchange support persona “TomSandford” was 15 days ago… He wrote, “One of our senior technicians has reached out to the Feather Coin developers in regard to your issue, we are currently waiting on a response.”
I’m not sure if this is a genuine transaction failure that the network has yet to reject or include in a block, or whether coinexchange.io has issued a feeless transaction or something else…
Please advise, I would highly appreciate it!
