You can’t directly transfer from a paper wallet to a Bittrex or any other exchange based accout, because they provide the corresponding wallet addreses and keep the private keys semself.
What you need to do:

install a feathercoin client on your PC. you can get the download links at www.feathercoin. com at the bottom of the main page. start up the wallet and let it sync. This may take from several hours to one day. If you notice that the sync doesn’t make progress, simply stop and start the wallet. when the wallet is fully synced go to settings debug window console

Then enter the command 'importprivkey <paperwallet private key> rescan’

This will import the private key from the paperwallet into the clien’t wallet and with the rescan option the wallet reads all transactions for the just imported address.

When that is completed, you can transfer your coins to Bittrex.

Well then the guys and gals on the forums are great… there’s a lot of opensource projects that were started…the age of the coin is a big factor and it’s approaching it’s first official halving in ~41 ish days…

the Block reward will go from 80 to 40…

So the daily (24 hour) supply of FTC will drop from ~115,200 FTC created per day to ~57,600 FTC created per day.

FTC’s speed is wonderful - nearly free transaction fees when you think about processing payments…FTC is ready to be used…people just need to start developing for it.
