Thankyou for the tutorial!
It seems very clear on what to do.
so I did it step by step but I can’t seem to make it work.
I’m trying the cgminer for GPU mining. (ATI 6770) made an account on d2, made the .bat file with my data in it. but when I click on it. it opens a command prompt for like half a sec and closes again. I can’t figure out where it goes wrong… as I did every step of the tutorial. any suggestions!? :-[

Update:
Downloaded AMD APP SDK. as it said in another tread that this is probably the solve for the crash.
But unfortunately it still does. I managed to make a screenshot of the quick CMD promt and it stated:: cgminer.exe: --scrypt: unrecognized option
tried different versions of cgminer that didn’t work eighter…

Update:
Got it! it seemed to be a problem with the cgminer version and the .batfile that was giving the “unrecognized” message

Man I’m struggling with my Toxic… every .bat file I try it still gives me hardware errors… any guesses where they comming from? I tried almost everything… wich catalyst driver an AMD APP SDK driver? and wich SGminer are you using?

BTW
the cards run up to 800 Hash with this .bat:
-p x -I 13 -w 256 -g 2 --shaders 2048 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-engine 1160 --gpu-memclock 1875
If you can undervolt it and make it run steady you got a solid 800hash per card.

I was wondering how you guys monitor your miners.

for example I use CGwatcher to keep my .bat file running correctly.
MSI Aftherburner to undervolt and let the fan speed run constantly. and it comes with this handy graphic chard to monitor multiple values.
CorsairLINK to monitor the power use of the rig. but it doesn’t seem to show the power use of different components. any suggestions?
Teamviewer to login from my phone or work pc. works great and is free.

I hope we can learn from each others experiences!
