Hi Guys

i am trying to remote control my system and leave it in the garage, currently i am using 2x gigabyte 280x win 7 and team view
but for some reason if i dont have anything with power plug in the the display ports, i can’t even see anything on team view, soon as i plug my monitor in, it becomes ok.

but my friend with same setup, dont need any plugs at all

i think i seen somthing around about having to plug a fake plug in? anyone know what that is call?

or can anyone recommend me somthing else? or a solution?

i just want to remote control my system with out anything plug in, besides the power

yeah i saw your post too, before when i was trying to find the answer, but just would like to understand the reason behind, why it would be faster with slower clock speed :( sorry iam new to this, so i would like to understand the reason behind it :)

by the way i see you under volted your card by 20% is that harmful to the CArd?? thanks

wondering if anyone can explain to me how come after i under clock my cards, it made my Hash rates faster …

my cards are 280x Gigabyte default clock is 1100

but when i down it to 1050

my 2 cards when from 600 to 680 and the other card when from 650 to 730…

can anyone tell me why? should i try under volt it as well? what is a safe under voting %?

fix it my self, i needed to add --scrypt

following up with yesterday, GCminer is doing the same as gui :( main card is still slower at around 600 and the other card is running at 670

don’t know why i try switch and it’s still the same :(

For some reason my GCminer is hashing and there don’t seem to be any errors but website is not showing anything even after 30min as per pic attached.

and here are my setting

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://stratum.wemineftc.com:4444 -u simond81.FTC1 -p LTC1 -I 13 -g 2 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192

but with GUIminer on same setting, it’s working fine…

i can’t work it out, please help

yes crossfire running, because i use it for gaming

That card that is use in first slow will always be slower, so if i put card 2 in slot one, card 2 will be the slower one, slot 1 is the card i have my monitor plug in to :)

Hi Guys i have 2 x R9 280x Gigabyte GV-R928XOC-3GD running right now on crossfire

on win 7 64bit with GUIminer

but for some reason my first card (main card can only get to 600kh but the second will get 700kh with same setting, i have try switching them around again the main one will be slower

anyone know why this is or how i can fix it?

Hi how are u placing this card? how many do you have?

i got 3, but that was over heating like carzy, now iam using too, still over heating :(

svennand when you killed ur cards, how long did they last? how many % did you overclock it by? did u overclock the mem as well?

how are you all getting the Watt per card? are you guys using a program to read it?

how come all i see is people underclocking, is no body overclocking?
