Can you tell me what you did to get your wallet to sync? I cant get my wallet to sync. I am running windows.

Wallet download wont sync

I just joined the forum and have downloaded the windows wallet from here. When I try to run it I get an error"No block source available". Can someone help me get my wallet synched.
