Hi Guys, first time here. :)

I have installed the wallet 4 days ago and the sync is still 1 year and 5 weeks behind.
I have read like 100 posts on the forum en tried like 20 things (restarting, adding nodes, newest version check, settings to clear log, firewall setting and so on).

There clearly is a problem syncing the wallet. I have like 5 other wallets and most of them take less than a day.

Please be honest and let me know what the issue is, whether you guys are working on it, and when and how you think it will get fixed. I am a patient man, just want to know where I stand.

@j_scheibel I have not declined network access and I know there is network access by looking at the console network activity screen en incoming connections (not zero).
It is the 64 bit version, might that be the problem?

Currently it seems like it is moving much faster, I am now only 6 weeks behind. Still very slow, but it seems like it is going faster now than it went earlier. I will just wait and see and update you guys.

But in any way, the syncing process is way too slow. maybe the problem is the 64bit version?
