Dear developers and staff,

The website www.feathercoin.com needs to be updated. The algorithm has changed but a newcomer cannot find a miner on the main website! This is lower-class that a user has to go through the forums to download something and get a howto. Even worse, what he or she gets is outdated. Searching “Neoscrypt miner download” on Google does not bring any sensible results and this is not good! If not to say it is awful!

Thus, we have to change it. It’s a big surprise it has not changed yet. Please help us to prioritize the outstanding work:

1. Stating clearly that the algorithm has changed on the first page. A new text explaining what has been done should be uploaded. Furthermore, a new video should be added alongside the old one. Some cliches need to be altered. OK, I know FTC is free from a central bank; So are the other scrypt-based coins! We do need to show the originality of our work. Every piece of work that has been done and is innovative should be present on the first page. There is much brilliant work done by the developers which have remained unknown to public.

2. Putting a link to the latest NeoGpuminer on the main website.

3. Putting a link to a howto for different OSes.

4. Changing the website appearance generally. So much work has been done to change the algorithm, so the website should change accordingly!

Please share your ideas about this. Every idea is appreciated!

Hello everyone and thanks to the development team. You do have some big ideas in your mind.

I came to cryptocurrency story by bitcoin and after one month I switched to FTC. To be honest with you, the only reason that has made me mine just FTC and not sell even one of them is your active development in this coin. I just hope that you will coninue your kind efforts to advance.

Again, as Calem said, the current situation does not mean that your efforts are not worth that much. At all. We believe that 5 BTC for any developers like you and alike is even very little. Our main developers have gotten almost nothing as money for their efforts yet.

The problem is that funding process will be highly unlikely to succeed as the FTC price is low. Furthermore, the team are putting their time *and* money into other projects prioritized before.

However, this does not mean that we have no interest in your work! Keep it alive and I hope things will become better.

It can reduce parallel work and also individuals can select which part they want to write about. So the items that need assistance become clearer.

By the way, why do old graphics cards hash so badly with neominers? I have a 5970 (and everybody knows it is not a bad one) and it can barely reach 26 kh/s with two cores. Is there hope that this will be fixed?
