Hi, hmm, the FTC wallet wants to be updated, so it’s just a basic update, it won’t have to resync and it won’t change my actual wallet address, right? just to be sure to know if there’s any manipulation i need to do, thx^^

@miningdude22 Hi guys, with my MSI GTX 1070 (Armor), while mining FTC with P2Pool and “ccminer-2.2.2-32bit-cuda8”, i’m getting:
960Kh/s with power at 100% and memory clock at +500
944Kh/s with power at 90% and memory clock at +500
916Kh/s with power at 80% and memory clock at +500
938Kh/s with power at 100% and memory clock at +0
892Kh/s with power at 80% and memory clock at +0
That’s if i set the intensity at 19.5 (14.5+5) and while using the computer for “low end gaming” or movies [intensity of 17 (12+5)] i’m getting :
623Kh/s with power at 80%
592Kh/s with power at 60%

And i didn’t try to max it out (don’t want to harm my CGU), but with the power set at 105% the memory clock at +550 and the core clock at +125, i got 1052 KH/s with an intensity of 20 (15+5)

Ugh, apparently, the latest Windows 10 update ( that i did yesterday night) fucked up something with my internet connection, so today, i’ve mine for nothing since apparently, the pool i’m in didn’t receive anything from me… ( Or so they say ;p )

[the wifi i used was set in “public”, i’ve set it in “private” 30min ago, and i’m now receiving some coins… i wish i’ve seen that earlier on^^]

i can mine while the wallet (feathercoin-qt) isn’t opened? it will just update once i’m logged in, right?

Is there a way to mute the program or disable the notifications? I’m getting a sound and a pop-up (with how much i earned) each time i’m earning coins, and while watching a movie, it’s kinda annoying^^

Oh, and, is there a way for us, humble miner, to contribute to increase the FTC’s market value?

Now:

• what’s the best website/software or idk, to exchange the FTC into real money?
• Can i set my mining software (ccminer-2.2.2-32bit-cuda8) so it uses only like 75% of my GPU so i can still use/play on my computer?
• Should i “Encrypt Wallet”?
• Where do i find my private key? Because the receiving address that i use to mine is my public key, right?

Still one year and 2 months off^^
The thing is, it seems not to work continuously, i mean, in my task manager, i sometime see it using around 30% of my CPU while most of the time it sleeps or something!
Is there something i can do to make the program use 30% (or more) continuously?

Can’t we sync with a downloadable file? Or can’t i force the program to use more of my internet connection? Because it uses at max 5Mbit/s while it theoretically could use up to 40Mbit/s…
I won’t start mining before next week otherwise haha

Hi guys, i want to start mining a bit (i have a i5-6600k and a GTX 1070 8gb), and i decided to mine feathercoin!

So… I’ve downloaded your wallet software but… It takes ages to sync :o so, i’ve decided to generate a temporary wallet on WalletGenerator.net
2 questions :

• How do i access this wallet?
• How will i transfert the coins to the 'feathercoin core" wallet?

Then, i started mining using “ccminer-2.2.2-32bit-cuda8” on the “stratum+tcp://ftc.p2pool.leblancnet.us:19327” pool [or: P2Pool (FTC)]…
2 questions:

• Should i use the public or private address of my generated wallet to mine? (or what should i put instead of “YOUR_FTC_PAYOUT_ADDRESS”?)
• Is 765 kH/s good for a GTX 1070?

Is there something i’ve missed?
