@Wellenreiter Firstly thanks for the welcome, as for what I intend to do. Hmm well that’s where I’m a bit stuck. I’m guessing I need a "mining app/program to do the actual mining for me, and somewhere within said program I need to give it my wallet address to deposit all my ill gotten gains! Do I need to wait for my wallet to fully sync with the network before I can use it? And if so can I have the same wallet syncing on 2 pc’s at the same time? Thanks in advance for any resonse!

I downloaded the wallet around 20 minutes ago, and it appears to be syncing with network. However it is currently showing that its 2 Yrs and 49 Wks behind. Behind what? Whats it doing? Does my wallet have an address of some sort? If so can I download the same wallet onto my desktop (as opposed to my laptop) and crunch numbers from both simultaneously? I really think I’m out of my depth here, as I thought it would just be something I could setup and leave running, so any and all help would be gratefully accepted.
