Well Site only make small % of withdrawls
If game is on a website its open to everyone and limited to a number of games/ machines say 6 machines

when people play they spend there coin in machine
when they leave or leave that same pusher is made available to public or next person in queue with option to next person to accept that machine or wait till next available.
