Yea at this point I have reinstalled without those pesky updates and one machine works. The other however is not after a full install of windows and just 13.1 drivers and a miner sooooooooo the hunt continues for possible infinite problems at this point

RE: Stuck at connecting
OK so I think I’ve finally honed in on it. I just restarted the only computer thats been running and GUI miner started running again. However it wasn’t to install updates and those updates came out july 9th and that seems like it was around the time i started having these problems. I can’t remember if i installed the updates or not when i rebooted but on the machine I reinstalled I installed all the updates along with that install. So now I’m going to reinstall again without any updates and see what happens

RE: Stuck at connecting
on one machine GUI miner just out right crashes and the other it isn’t making any progress, This was after I used amd uninstaller then reinstalled 12.8 and the driver SDK. I think this has something either to do with windows or my router. Although basically nothing has changed and the computer I have yet to reboot is still running fine. Something changed I just have no idea what.
The only thing that got any sort of khash was 13.6v2 and that crashed the display drivers and was running too little to even regester on coinotron or litecoinpool -
Stuck at connecting
Here is what happened. I just restarted my computer and bam it would not start mining again. I believe I was using 13.4 drivers which people said had problems, so i decided to switch that out to no avail, and I still get the connecting message. This was also strange since I haven’t made any changes in a while but right on reboot it stopped. This is also on more than one pool and also mining litecoin (4gpus 50/50) all have the same problems. I have also reinstalled windows to see if that would help anything and no dice, then i just started trying all sorts of drivers the only one I got to work was 13.6b2 but that had limited success with hashrates all over the place ranging from 100-250 on 7950’s that previously had around 600kh/s. Note I am using CGminer via Guiminer. Then I had to restart another mining comp and it is now experiencing the same problems. I only have one computer currently mining and I fear that if i restart him as well he will not turn back on…
Edit currently got 13.6v2 to give me some sort of hashrate again but the display drivers crash when i start minning
