I just updated the Trade Server to version 0.9.6.2
It solves the problem with MtGox, it solves the interface for those who did not get it the first time and i have added some additional alt-coins (Cash, Leaf, Meow and Vtc).
I am not really sure which mail that could be, at the moment there are no more open standing mails as far as i know.
BTW Maybe because of the domain name my mail has gone to the spamn folder, its has happened before by other users.
The software has just been updated to version 0.9.6.1. This version will bring support for all the alt-coins*, it will add a small benchmark/backtest feature, some small interface improvements are added and last, but again not least… 2 new indicators are added to all licenses.
* ) Of course FTC was already there, but there is 1 coins missing. Coin 42 is not supported.

At the moment MtGox does not work, we will push an update Wednesday to solve this issue.
I am also happy to report that i have setup a team here to create a alternative interface. This interface will be added as a extra theme and it will contain live data instead is static data.
I would like to wish everybody here already a happy new year. I am pretty sure it will become a big year for the crypto coins in general, but i am also sure it will be a big year for Haasonline Software. As you all have seen the 20th of January 2014 i will introduce 2 new products. First a highly improved simple trade bot, with a new concept behind it, a new interface, a improved trading engine and of course new features and thing you can do. Secondly it will become the year of the Advanced Bot. This bot will bring unlimited capabilities an much more settings.
At the current moment the development is going great. We (the team behind it) are already at Alpha stages and i am very excited about the things you can do with the new products. It is already the 3th generation and this is something you will see back in the software. There are features coming which does are not offered by competitors and i am sure you will like it.

I have send a mail to all the registered users about this coming update and i got some responces back. It seems i was i little unclear about the offer. Let me first ensure you there is nothing to worry about, i will not ask you to buy the software again. From the beginning i promissed everybody will get updates and they are free of charge. This stays the same, its my power and i will stick behind it. However i was only talking about an offer in ways of a symbolic payment. So this is in the ranges of 1 euro or 1 dollar. The only reason why i must ask this is because of registration, no more no less. Its a side effect from my part of going legal with this software*. There is no doubt in my mind there will be anybody who will not like the offer i will send. For example; the mail with the offer i will send will also contain an offer to update to the advanced bot for a very low price.
BTW If there are any big websites wanted to join in with the release and post a review at the 20th please send me a PM and we talk things over. Some big websites are already joining in, and there is a very good reason to do so. Believe me!

Version 0.9.0.9 beta has just been released.
This release will affect the Cryptsy users the most. The following coins are added: Asc, Bet, Col, Doge, Dem, Xjo, Lk7, Pts, Tag, Tek, Tgc & Uno. Hopefully this will solve a lot of reported issues of Cryptsy. If not, please keep me posted about it.
I also fixed a bug inside the drop/raise safety within this release. If you normally disable this safety then there is no need to get this update.

All existing users can uninstall the old version, download the new version at the My Account -page and install it again.

All registered users can get the update if they login to the My Account page and re-download the software. Be sure to uninstall the old version first.
BTW If you are seeing the message “This software is outdated…” it is because BTC-e has changes it coins, just update and this message is gone.

Update to the latest version and you can better understand what is happening. The graphs will explain it all in the benchmark.
How about adding some graphs to the Simple Trade Bot? Well i can tell already they are coming! As soon as we hit version 0.9 beta they will be in the Simple Trade Bot. And if you think this is it… just wait because more is coming up. I am planning a lot of new features to this coming version. And i am not only talking about the SMA/MACD indicator… ;)
As usual i will update all the existing users to this new version as soon as it has been released. You do not have to ask, you will be notified as usual by mail.
By the way: In the time between version 0.9 and now i will do a minor update to the Simple Trade Bot. This is for supporting more languages.

The last buy ans sell settings are saved as soon at the form closes. So on a reboot it should be saved. However, i guess you will also like the update i have placed online the weekend. On that new release you can set the last buy and sell values manually.

The next update will come soon after this update, this is because i am adding more languages to the software. I will use the same procedure, all users will be notified about this.
Next on my list is the comaing Command Line Trade Bot. This bot is a new trade bot, it provides the users a interface on the command prompt and using a local webserver so the users can build there own trade logic and send buy and sell signals to the exchange. This bot is now in Alpha stage and is being tested. In the mean time i am working on examples/templates in Excel and PHP to how how you can attach your logic to this bot. (btw a new topic will be started this month to discuss this bot)

I want to support more currencies as payment. I really do, but as far as i know there is no plugin available for it in Wordpress and i do not have the time to create one.
And i offer the software here because this kind of software would help stabilize a currency in the end. FTC as a coin benefits from it.

I guess the most intresting page i have published in my help is about setting good bot parameters. I have shown some little tricks and tweaks there what you can do to find some good parameters to use.

How did everybody do with my advices? I can only guess there are some happy people now.
I am happy to report that version 0.8.5.1 beta seems to be the best version i have build this far. I have only 1 minor bug reported for now and i got a lot of mails from people who are pleased by the changed i made.
I can also report that my work on supporting the Vircurex exchange is doing well. This will be the major update i am working on right now. But prototype tests seems to work properly here. I am trying to include the support in the same simple bot which i now use for the BTCe exchange. This way i can make 1 piece of software and make it work for multiple exchanges at the same time. (current users will be updated as normal when the support for vircurex has been added and tested)
I will give some bot parameter tips, i hope this will provide a better understanding how the entire software works and what the bot parameters are that i personally use.
[b]High/low bot[/b]
I use the high low bot most on stable* currencies. I set it to -10% or -20% of the exchange values.
[b]RSI-xx bot[/b]
I use the RSI-xx bot (with profit and drop safeties on) on all currencies; stable*, raising or dropping. If the currency is stable i use equal profit and drop value. If the currency drops i will use a higher drop value and lower profit value. And if the currency raises i will use a higher profit value and lower drop value.
[b]Trade/ratio bot[/b]
The trade ratio bot is most effective on big changing currencies. For example currencies that are pumped or currencies that are dropping hard. Again i combine this with the drop and profit safety and i apply the same rules as i did for the RSI-xx bot.
*) A stable currency is a currency that changes but remains at the same average value.
I hope this will help a little. I am still working on a “getting started” document, but i do not have enough time to finish it. It will roughly contain the same information as i have written down here.
These tips i give here are tested already and they work all pretty good. But like i stated before, you have to get a feeling for the numbers. This is and will remain a learning process.
I will look into it, thank for the report. I think the fee and rounding are the cause for this problem. The value i put into trade amount (on all-in) is the total value from the wallet, converted to the primary exchange (BTC->FTC) and minus the fee. My best guess is that the fee is calculated incorrectly. But again, i have to look into it and run some tests before i can really say something. I will get back on this.
For now i advice you to use only 90% - 95% of your wallet amount to trade. 0,9 BTC or 0,95 BTC in your case.
I will put a minor bug report on my change log about this. Thanks again.

It works as expected. The bot reads the exchange and the current buy and sell values. At the moment the bot have read the values from the exchange the sell price was set to 0.0011 BTC. This price is higher then the values you have given as a parameter (>= 0.00108 BTC) and therefore the trade command is given. The difference between the 2 values is a little extra. I have seen this happen a lot of times during my tests.

This is a little confusing, but it also works as expected. What you see is the effect of the exchange fee and rounding. If you have setup the bot parameters in good relation to the trade amount the FTC amount should go up in time. (if a full trade cycle is completed, 2 trades are required for this)
Please note:
I see you have the drop and profit safeties on. Those safeties will only work for the RSI and trade ratio bots, because those bots work with relative values. The high/low bot is working with exact values. I can not apply the saftefies there because they will overrule the buy and sell prices making the high/low bot getting stuck.
