So I’ve resynced my wallet from like 2013 and have 770 FTC. I had my wallet address and password written down in my Google Docs but the client says the password is wrong.
Obviously its been a long time since I accessed the wallet and have no idea if this is indeed the correct pasword, although my FTC addres in the Doc matches the address in the wallet.
Other than remembering the password, is there anthing I can do?
What did I miss?

Honestly, I thught FYC was dead and it’s been a great surprise to see the community is still alive and well.

I’d run a couple of antimalware programs like MalwareBytes and Spybot Search & Destroy if I we’re you.

If so, go to Adobe website, install latest version (although Flash has been auto updating for a while) go back to BTC-e and see if it still asks you to update. If it does, I’d say you have a malware infection.
I was under the impression that a finite supply of coins was a touted feature of cryptocurrencies? Surely adding infinite supply devalues existing coins?

I too was stung by FTCLover and his scam. It was only for around 400FTC so was not worth me pursuing legal action, however I’d like to be kept up to date on the proceedings. Could I be included in the PM notifications?
