That site has been shut down a while now due to inactivity. An email was sent to users that had a balance informing them of the shutdown.

In anycase, according to the records, you had a balance of 1455.45330879 an i still have the wallet so the funds are sitting here.

I dug up an email address for him using WHOIS and tried this way also.

I’ll roll this up into a FreeBSD Port - though still no movement on the original Port getting into their repo, though. I’m pretty disappointed with their process atm.

They use cloudflare as far as I know.

Just a small update, this is taking forever on their side. I thought I was going to see some movement on Friday. I’m going to poke them again today. In the meantime, the Port usable from the GH link above.

The FreeBSD Port is making its way through the process on *their* side. Can we think about getting some FreeBSD love on the website - here are some logos:

I like the MP3 idea - like leagal sounds used or mp3million. Basically it’s a cheap item that would get people into FTC - maybe convince one of those sites to use it? Who wouldn’t buy an mp3 for 1.99 FTC? Digital goods would be a good target. If we don’t want to build/run our own digital goods site, then maybe convince one of the many to use FTC. Who’s in charge of lobbying online market places to use FTC?

Oh hehe thanks! I have a player. I was meaning a place that you could purchase and buy MP3s. I say this because recently I spent a long time doing this, and the site I found was a fair price but it would have been killer to get some credits via FTC.

Yesterday I switched to multipool, and it’s pretty fun (again). I don’t have a ton of resources to dedicate and it’s really nice to get a little diversification. I still encourage FTC mining directly, though!

When the sh*t is finished hitting the fan, FTC is typically in the top 5 related to volume (what I’ve seen).

Do some sorting at http://coinmarketcap.com/ to see; for a long time, the FTC charts mirrored BTC’s. That is no longer the case, but I thought the latter was kind of disconcerting anyway. 8)
