RE: Feathercoin Hard Fork?
Would it not be an idea to get this one widely adopted first?

RE: Mobilink ICO- WORLD’S 1ST DECENTRALIZED TELECOM SERVICE
Why would you want loads of ads as a mobile user?
I’d much rather pay for a service with no ads!I’ve spent the last lifetime avoiding ads - why would I want to adopt a system who’s usp is based around ad revenue?
It’s a no from me - I’m out

RE: Being impatient will cost you
@btcseven
I mined one BTC and transferred the lot into FTC as soon as ASIC happened. That was around 5 years ago. At the moment it still looks like a mistake but who knows? -
RE: Newbie Quick Start Mining Guide
To add to that… it’s purposely by design.
It’s supposed to be asic resistant.Mining for the masses rather than huge centralised farms in dodgy territories

RE: Mobilink ICO- WORLD’S 1ST DECENTRALIZED TELECOM SERVICE
Ach… ads man who needs them?
Pointless digital clutter. -
RE: NEW LOGO IDEA
I like it.
Bold doesn’t bother me. I’d prefer it if FTC was a heavyweight project.
Better for the failing eyesight as is.
Looks good, old logo is recognised since 2013 though, your new one looks more 2018 though.

RE: Feather coin registering 0.00
@nidge1169 had to ask but is the wallet synced? Also are you using your original wallet.dat file?
-
RE: Hello and please be clear about the wallet problem
I did a full sync about three months ago and it took around five days so I understand what some newbies are complaining about. Granted I have a 2009 eight core previous generation Mac Pro on adsl at the time but it was tedious

RE: Hi, I have a wallet backup from a few years ago and cannot get it to work.
@ruvim is the file extension definitely- without any reasonable doubt .dat ???
If not you need to research why

RE: ACCIDENTALLY SENT FTC TO A BTC ADDRESS
Sounds like an opportunity to implement a new feature to the feather coin wallet or core possibly?
Some sort of check bit based around the feathercoin starting numbers (6 or 7) you mention?
-
RE: Coin supply
@btcseven the first number
There are already over 180 million in circulation
Take a look at coin gecko for price, market cap etc… -
RE: Its Been a LONG time ;)
Good work. There’s a recent thread on Reddit about this very thing.
Marketing, getting the word out.
YouTube videos are a great example as is pointing the interested individuals via the twitter feed.Great work. Might be an idea to share what you have on the Reddit channel also?
I don’t suppose you fancy looking at the roadmap for feathercoin also? I see a lot of instances where this is mentioned and I’d like to help as I can do web stuff but I need help with the tech details which wrapper, ghost lander and bush star may be able to help provide?

1 minute target block time - This is the average amount of time it takes for a block to be mined and transactions to appear in your wallet.
The software constantly adjusts the mining difficulty to keep this time consistent as mining intensity varies.

RE: Getting feathercoin to the masses
Go for it. Youtube is one of the most effective ways of enabling adoption in my humble opinion.
Vids on mining buying and trading as well as highlighting dev and use ideas is what we need.

Stability
After following FTC on btc-e troll box the consensus is that FTC is a stable bet and unusual in that it isn’t bothered by btc crashes.
I have seen the value of my FTC reduce to a fifth of the value it was 9 months ago.
Am I to assume that the the btc-e trollbox users who are commenting on the steadfast value of FTC have little concept of how much the FTC to btc price looked a few months ago or are they genuinely impressed by the mysterious way FTC appears to not change in value? -
RE: [GUIDE] Wordpress Cart and Full FTC Payment Solution
This is a great example of what I’m talking about.
Fair enough it’s on the commercial model but I’ve not got a problem with at!This makes it usable.
Do you have a version for Drupal?
Secondly, why is this technology not available in the feather coin marketplace?
Seems ridiculous talking about marketing the concept as a whole then people get here and find out the shop/marketplace is basically a joke!
Seriously this is a priority, If its not credible is it not an idea to hide it until such time as it is?
