No idea why miner is reporting 280kh/s but website only reports 70k - 100k?

I was in D2 pool where I was getting on average I believe 0.08% - 0.12% share. Would I be better off going to smaller pools where my share % would be greater (maybe 1-5%) or will the time per block be slower at these pools that I’m better off where I am at currently?

Do you need to find a block to get ftc?
