@bsotnikow Are you sure feathercoin was listed? I dont see it mentioned in the history of that page.
I also dont see a feathercoin wiki either.
-
@AmDD Here is the Spanish page, all i can find. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feathercoin
-
ah you can check histories, I’ll try to find it. Its possible it was a similar looking page i guess, it was definitely on there though
-
I also see on the list, they only keep a coin listed if it has a link to its own wiki article. Thats probably why it was deleted. We need someone to write one up for us. Who was the group doing the history of FTC? They probably have a lot of good info to include.

@AmDD Good idea, I linked that thread to here.
So odd, I can’t find anything in the history either. I know I didn’t imagine it, though…confused… I remember thinking how great it was that FTC was listed and that Neoscript was also listed as the algorithm. But now the only things i can find are from pre-neo days.

I did find this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:WSF/Feathercoin
It looks like there was a feathercoin wiki but it was “moved” (whatever that means) by a user. Ive sent hima message asking what we can do about this or why it was moved. Id like to see it ‘moved’ back and updated. -

I see… I do remember and still see a lot of hostility between LTC and FTC. However, with the addition of the thousands of coins now and most of the fighting being over do you think we could get it back? Or create a new one?
-
@AmDD Anyone can copy-paste it and update. However who knows if they decide to delete it again because they think it isn’t notable enough. Yet they seem to have no such problem with at least a dozen of other coins.
-
@ghostlander Yea, how is Titcoin on that list and FTC isn’t? haha
