      Morning all,

      I’m just wondering what is next for FTC. We had the great launch of Neo-Scrypt, but it seems to have gone all quiet on the western front?

      Mean while, other alt’s are progressing and gaining more adoption: http://sendchat.org/sendchat-integrates-darkcoin/

      What are we doing to ensure the longevity of FTC at the moment? Where is everyone? What is the plan?

          well there is the progress lizhi (with the help of bushstar) has been making on the 0.9.3 core wallet application which will mean we are no longer a dependant on using a fork of the litecoin wallet and porting our changes we now are porting the bitcoin core directly and will likley release it before the litecoin devs can do the same. Also lizhi has been working on stealth transactions and in blockchain messaging which are all amazing projects.

          I myself have been working on fixing the feathercoin android wallet its been slow progress as im having to learn most of the skills needed to do it. I think its going to be an exciting year.

          I know there are other projects too regarding the work hopestillflies is doing with the link protocol kevlar started last year we have tony making some pewter (and possibly silver) physical feathercoins and also the rpi full node work.

          we have spartan who has setup the neoscrypt miner config / comparison site and in continuing that good work

          this is just a tiny fraction but if anyone has anything else they want to contribute too or start themsevles dont hesitate to say so and we will all do everything in our power to help get things going.

                Besides all the other things already listed above I will soon get back to my Raspberry Pi projects, but as a bit more of a fun thing I also hope to produce for sale soon pewter cast keyrings for Feathercoin.

                Christmas was a busy time for me which has kept me away from the forum, but things are starting to return to normal now

                      Anyone still doing the newsletters and community engagement? We need to start pushing for wider adoption and commercialising the efforts of our developers. This weekend I emailed bitfenix asking them to put FTC on their trading pairs, and also SendChat given that they just integrated DarkCoin. We need to bring back the crowd lobbying, especially as BTC-e is taking FTC off their books, else we will be nothing more than a community of interest.

                        I have emailed both of these corporations requesting they consider adding Feathercoin. If you wish to push for wider adoption I am ready and willing to assist you in your efforts to do so.

                          I have contacted both of the companies and have sent a email asking them to consider adding Feathercoin as a payment option to their sites. I’ve thought of contacting Newegg and TigerDirect also and seeing if they would consider adding Feathercoin as a form of payment also.

                                Ruth and Bush already had children but bush has had to get a full time job as he wasn’t making enough through crypto. He is still working on the wallet with lizhi in his spare time.

                                    If by we you mean you than go for it. Write the newsletter…even monkey like me managed to write one. Seriously, sit down and start writing. I am sure you can make it.

                                    Lets just all stop using word WE and put I instead. Everything will run much faster.

                                        That’s the spirit. I think we need to get off Skype and get visible, you guys don’t see the volume of stuff that we are doing/on with. :)
