WHy you should Watch Feathercoin source

For those that don’t know the source for Feathercoin’s wallet (and other Feathercoin software too) is on Github.

Here you can see it was last updated 28 days ago (its the 29/11/14) today to V0.8.7.1
You can watch this source code and get notifications when it is updated if you want.
Even if you don’t want to get notifications but just want to give the developers recognition you like what they are doing you can ‘star’ it too which is a bit like a Facebook’s like.
If you would like to support Feathercoin its worth registering with github https://github.com/
and then staring Feathercoin or watch or both.
Not only does this let the developers know people are interested in what they are doing it is also a metric Coingecko uses
And the more people that watch or star the Feathercoin git the higher it will raise the coin rating, which in turn will lead more people to be interested in Feathercoin, which will raise its community rating and liquidity rating which in turn will raise Feathercoin’s rating higher.
So bottom line if you like and use Feathercoin and want to see it grow in popularity please go ‘star’ or ‘watch’ the source on Github.

Its only in the last couple of months I’ve started to use github and really look into it.
I never realised before watch a great resource Github it is, thanks for watching and staring.
You will now find out as soon as the source has been updated, which will usually give you a small heads up that a new wallet is coming as once the source is updated it still needs to be compiled for Windows, linux and Mac which takes some time before it is released.
