I have a feeling a lot of those coins are being upvoted by proxy/VPN, since the voting is limited to 24HRS on the ip address.
Either that or someone is paying BTC - they do accept bribes.

Just been VPN’d into the office, and it would only let me place 5 votes before I got the little message… I wonder who else at my place is voting?
