Fair Price?
-
Hello everyone and good morning!
I’ve started selling contracts for bitcoin mining on my website http://www.scryptcloud.com as we have ordered the KnC Neptune 3Th/s miner. I was looking for feedback on the prices, 2 BTC for 500Gh/s for 6 months and 3.9 BTC for 500Gh/s for 12 months.
What do you guys think? Fair? under priced? over priced?

I love your outlook on this projects, you’re not just in it for the money, you want to be fair.
Karma is your friend, she will be good to you. -
Hi, the market will show :-)
I have one small contract with you and I plan the second one from batch 2.
To buy the bitcoin contracts, from my point of view there are two huge risks:- the delivery time of Neptune 3Th/s Asic Miner (which is of course is risky for you)
- as you are new company there is not quarantee for the customers, what will happen f.e. in 1 - 2 month so that´s why I´m buiyng at this moment only small contracts. To spend 2 BTC is too much for me comparing the risks.
However I like your progress and hope everything will go well.

It’s both risky for you and buyers to buy the contracts right now, since who know’s what will happen to the BTC price and difficulty. So it’s hard to say what’s the best to do right now.

Thank you all for the feedback, I do realize the risks involved in this project but if there are problems later down the line when the Asic miner is finally shipped I can always refund the buyers and take the hit, but one main characteristic of a true entrepreneur is risk taking. If you want to be successful in business you have to be prepared to take a risk, only risk what you can afford to lose and hope for the best :)
That’s a great attitude, but might not be needed in this case. If you know the stats (price/difficulty) at the time you have your Neptune you can still adjust the price where both seller AND buyer are happy to get a contract running.
This! Dont feel like you have to lock in set prices. Maybe do a reserve of 1-2 btc? Since it will definitely be at least that.
