      Hi Kevlar,

      I would like to apologise to you for acting like a jackass the other day, I just exploded when I should have gone for a jog instead.

      I have spent a lot of time thinking about this over the last 2 days and reading over old posts, and I want to put the past behind, and no ones holding a gun to my head on this.
