Maybe we can have site like this for Feathercoin?

Just found out about this website today where you can use your credit/debit card or bank account to purchase Bitcoins.
https://www.btcquick.com/beta/
From how I read it works, you sign up and buy a membership for $2. Then you start out at Bronze membership which has a 7.5% purchase fee and a $250/day purchase limit. Purchases accumulate you points which upgrade your membership when you get to a certain amount of points. Once you get upgraded to the next level, in this case Bronze+, your limit is raised to $500/day and the fee is lowered to I think 6.5% or 6%. And so on with each successive upgrade.
How it was explained in the video I saw (which was some video of Microguy from Bitcointalk promoting GLD lol), once you’ve verified your account and have made your purchase, you’re given a privkey to import into your wallet.

I really want to use this…but I hate having to hand over my cell number/verification documents to companies that are clearly forwarding them over to the feds in order to be considered “legitimate” businesses. If and when the shit really hits the fan with crypto and the law, this is not going to be fun. Am I wrong to be paranoid about this?

I’ve like to see if they would accept FTC through BTC-e’s last known price. :)
Not a bit, I completely understand. It’s so hard to run anything crypto without being under constant pressure from the “law”. It’s understandable that it may be critical for them to monitor transactions to observe terrorist actions and the like, but that should be as far as it goes and people shouldn’t be held accountable otherwise for using cryptos.
And totally justabit, they seem to still be in beta so possibly once they have their feet on the ground we can request it? :)
any website not requesting such information running off of FIAT (at least in the US), will either A) be taken down, or b) be taken down eventually.
