How to login to \#feathercoin IRC chat channel

1. Download a IRC client (such as X-Chat) and connect to irc.freenode.net, or go to http://webchat.freenode.net - The channel is #feathercoin

2. You can join the feathercoin channel by typing: /join feathercoin

3. Register your nickname on Freenode so no one else can use it! The command is /msg nickserv register password [email protected]

password = the password you want to use
email = your email address

4. Once registered your name to nicksrv you get a email with instructions how to verify

5. There will soon be a proper launch party in the IRC channel! There are talks to have feathercoin giveaway quizzes! :)

6. IRC is a very useful communication tool, so come join us. I often find it useful to idle in various project channels, because thats where you get the latest info!
