Yeah thats the issue im also currently having, i think the pool is too busy with the double amount of kh/s since yesterday…
I’m going to stop here for a bit, as I’ve just lost ~150 shares in 10 mins of mining or so…

I read on bitcontalk.org that the pool-owner will be out of town till next wednesdayHe says:
Hey all, I appreciate you all letting me know when you have issues. I’m aware of the disconnects, there’s been a DDoS against the pool for almost 24 hours at this point. I’m working with my provider to mitigate as much as possible, within budget. I apologize for the aggravation disconnects can cause.I will be out of town this weekend, and won’t be online as much. I will be checking email regularly (), and trying to get in on IRC when I can, so please feel free to contact me there. I will return on Wednesday, May 8th. I will be working on the server as time permits, and I look forward to getting things running smoothly.
Thanks for mining on featherpool!

Pool fails. Returns the hash…
http://prntscr.com/138ol2Admin, decide the problem!
But:
“News
3 May 2013 Admin will be gone until 8 May”. -
If the pool admin is away until next Wednesday, it might be a good idea to fall back to another pool and return to your preferred pool once it has been fixed. Everybody deserves some time off and thus i would mitigate the issues by temporarily mining elsewhere (Does not waste your hashrate, allows the pool to recover and the admin to fix / upgrade the pool once he’s back…)

I am getting connection timeout on stratum.
-
Featherpool diff share is normally 31 now I get 18.4E and the pools hash rate has dropped to 0
-
Switching to Geek pool. Or Foreman, if Geek will not withstand the pressure.
-
Thanks for info. Next time I would recommend to add a notice to the News section of the pool.
1. I wanted to also agree with this poster that communication is key when there is a problem or change on the pool. ESPECIALLY some type of very noticeable “ATTENTION MINERS” if the pool is temporarily shut down.
2. I was just credited for some unpaid shares" that are being caught up on (thanks) that have moved to the “paid shares” column, however the .9 FTC I just sent from the pool was NOT received after almost 30 minutes now. I sent another much larger amount from another pool also and I received the transaction notification instantly from my wallet.
Not sure what happened.
Would enjoy being apart of the pool once its all hashed out. -
OK, it required over an hour, but that single FTC I sent to my wallet from the pool I had mentioned has been picked up by my wallet and being confirmed. I was getting amazing speed on confirmations a few days ago, but the 2 I just sent to myself are requiring quite a bit of time. Does this have anything to do with fewer miners…or? Just a noob here wondering.

I joined your pool, mining on CPU 31 KH/s :P
My Ati Radeon 4670 can’t mine :'( Who knows how it can be run?
Try this … make a batch file (for CGMiner) containing what’s below the line. Adjust the URL to the pool URL:PORT you use and change the worker name to yours and the password (x) to yours.
color 02
cgminer --scrypt -o http://yourpool.com:PORT -u YourWorker.1 -p x --shaders 320 --intensity 10 --worksize 128 -g 1 -

The overall hashrate is slower of the network which makes multiple confirms take longer. Just be patient, it will happen eventually. Mining is not an activity for a couple days, it takes weeks and months to get somewhere :) -
Will the pool be up and running again shortly?
Currently switched pools to keep the hashing powers going but would be nice to have an update regarding the problems
