Minerd on windows

Okay so, I have been looking and have not found a “Make minerd run for dummies” instruction.

So I’ll ask, assuming one does not know how to compile a prog, how can one get minerd to run on windows? I would like to mine using my CPU. I currently run cgminer, works great.
