Feathercoin Monthly meeting

I’m hoping to encourage a monthly meeting where the notes are available to the public. In advance, I will produce an agenda which will be discussed by the team during the meeting. Perhaps a live stream event with chat box for the general public? The primary purpose of the meeting will be to set goals for the coming month and attempt to create a long term (6 month roadmap), which will be addressed each month and discussed. A roadmap meeting will be refreshed every 6 months, or adhoc when needed.

Great idea. I guess we need to be careful not to always be looking too far ahead as we’ll will never get onto what’s needed now. But I like the open public team meeting idea.

There’s no harm in flexible long term direction. But we need to respond to changes. That’s also why I propose we have two time scales, one for the 6 month time scale and one for the monthly short. So monthly meetings, but a long term agenda.
