Scrypt cloud technical problem

You payed in FTC via coinpayments.net but the price was in BTC :P . I payed 350 FTC back then , when 1 month 1 MH/s was 0.184 BTC , that means I will be refunded 0.184 BTC , not 350 FTC , because now that same amount of FTC will be worth only 0.1 BTC . If let’s say somebody else comes up now with the same idea of cloud mining and he offers contracts at 0.184 BTC each , and he accepts the same method of paying , that means it will cost me now 500 FTC , not 350 :)) , that’s why refunding in any other coin other than the base set coin which was BTC , is irrelevant :P

I had paid for 1MH/1Month from batch 2 at a cost of 397.4 FTC via coinpayments.net and paid a deposit of 48 FTC directly to FTCLover for a further 1MH/1Month.
Really hope FTCLover comes through for us! I’d much rather be able to cloudmine than get a refund…

I just wanted to post a record of my experience with scryptcloud.com to serve as an official record of my transaction and dealings with them…
I bought 24 mh of contracts for batch 2 (1 month contracts). I paid for this in two separate orders of 6 mh and 18mh. The total cost i paid was 3.6 btc as per the receipts below.
I paid for both orders on Sunday 19th January 2014. After the order i got an official receipt from them as well as from coin payments.
Since placing the order i sent a few emails to them with some questions and have not received a response to date.
I am disappointed that no one from the company has even bothered to inform their paying customers directly via email about the problems they are having and that, i have had to find all this out completely buy chance, seeing a message on their website pointing to this forum.
Surly as i only paid 2 days ago my btc should not have been spent on anything and if the company are genuine would refund me right away

I do indeed hope this is not a scam, but it doesn’t look good

Now. I took down the site because there is now point in having it up and I was very angry with myself for such a failure of a project! I am issuing refunds from tomorrow, and I can’t answer a million messages on my own, I’m only one man!
