Facebook FTC Relaunch

So here we go, a new window in to our wonderful FeatherCoin world, and all things related.
The Facebook page is going to be another way to communicate with the outside world and provide you all with news, updates and some distractions when you need them.
It will be informative, mildly political (on both sides of the fence) and hopefully engaging.
If I could ask you all to get in there, and give the page an almighty click on the LIKE button. Share it with your friends too. The more likes we get the more we get to do, certain functions open up with numbers of likes.
If you’re mining or hold FeatherCoins, then it is in your interest to like too. The more penetration we get in the media and into the minds of the public… the more interest in FTC we get as a result. Making the value of your coin that little bit higher.

Posts to follow daily very soon. I have a 3 day event to attend this weekend and will try to post whilst out and about. Facebook associates to be announced on Tuesday when I get back.

IRCWe plan to have a few mini contests to encourage people to start visiting the sites. Once we get past today’s coin meeting, I’ll have more time to devote to this push.

3. I want to help promote the contestLet me know what you come up with! The goal will be to drive as many members of the community as possible to the Facebook page (and possibly tie in twitter).

[/quote]Ok gimme a till this evening to come up with some ideas for the FB n Twit page. Will touch base with Chris this evening by PM and set up some kinda social media dialogue area. Is it possible to get a private forum for social media on the site? Lower than mod privs but just for those involved in the social media and higher?
