Forum Changes - Important Organization Based Read

Does anyone remember when we were just a few hundred members? It seems like yesterday because it basically was yesterday. We’ve grown so much in the past few weeks, I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am for everyone. In the beginning we were simply ignored, wow, those days have been changed. Everyone seems to have an opinion about Feathercoin these days. ;)
With growth comes the need to restructure to handle the influx. Here’s the immediate changes being implemented:

Off-Topic will be broken down into broad categories to encourage more concentrated discussion <>

Big push in the language boards to attract new members that would have skipped this forum in the past

Team Miners is being merged with Team Pools <>

Existing Team Miner threads are being moved to a temp board under miner for that team to redistribute <>

Team boards will be eventually reserved for leads and existing members. This will not only focus the discussion, but cut down on the number of boards every forum members needs to view.

Team Leads will be encouraged to give updates in 1 location on what’s happening with their teams and receive feedback

Social Media board coming <>

Team tutorials will move all existing threads (not directly related to planning) to the new Tutorials board under general. <>

Suggestion box board was created, this will be a great area to hash out ideas. Threads will eventually be moved to feedback.feathercoin.com <>

Sidebar thread list please (5 top threads per board) so everyone can quickly see the updates. It seems one of the reasons everyone (*whistles*) posts in the general board is because of visibility. In this house (not a forum anymore, Toto) we understand that everything is open to everyone to contribute. Unfortunately, getting people to feel comfortable around the various boards is tough as we’re conditioned to stay away from places we are not contributing to.
